Belgian and Former Chelsea goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, has come hard against the speculations that either Jose Mourinho or Antonio Conte was heading to Real Madrid.

Courtois who left Chelsea for Real Madrid during the summer transfers reacted negatively after reports went viral that either of his former bosses at Chelsea was going to become Real’s manager.

Real Madrid’s poor start under Julen Lopetegui has put the Spaniard’s future at the Bernabeu in doubt.

Reports then suggested that club president, Florentino Perez was about sacking Lopetegui with the Spaniard given three games to save himself.

Unfortunately he started that run of fixtures with a shock 2-1 defeat to Levante before getting a win under his belt in the Champions League clash against Viktoria Plzen.

However, Courtois expressed displeasure over the news, saying that he left London because he did not want to have any business with the managers.

When mentions of Mourinho and Conte came up as potential replacements for Madrid boss, Courtois was cruel in his verdict to the proposition.

“I cannot believe it!” El Pais quoted Courtois as saying.

“Here I am the only one who has worked with Conte and with Mourinho.

“I left London to not have to go through something like that again and now it turns out that Conte comes, and if not, Mourinho.”

Meanwhile Lopetegui has officially been sacked following the El clasico heavy defeat of 5-1 by Barcelona FC over the weekend.

A statement released by Madrid on Monday reads: “The board of directors of Real Madrid CF, after meeting today on October 29, 2018, have agreed to terminate Julen Lopetegui’s contract with the club.

“The decision, taken with the highest level of responsibility, aims to change the dynamics of the first team while all the objectives of this season are still achievable.

“The board of directors understands that there is a great disproportion between the quality of the staff of Real Madrid – which has eight players nominated for the next Ballon d’Or, something unprecedented in the history of the club – and the results obtained to date.

“The club thanks Julen Lopetegui and all his technical team for their effort and work and wish them the best in their professional career.

“He will provisionally replaced by Santiago Solari, who will lead the first team starting from Tuesday.”
