Adidas, the Kit manufacturers, has mistakenly revealed Philippe Coutinho’s shirt number at Bayern Munich, the UK Mirror reports.
On Sunday morning, their German language Instagram account, which is based in Munich, posted and then swiftly deleted an image showing Coutinho’s name as it would appear on the back of a Bayern shirt, along with a No.10.
The number is the same one that Coutinho wore during his five years at Liverpool.
It is vacant at Bayern following the departure of club legend, Arjen Robben, this summer.
Coutinho’s move to Bayern Munich appeared to get a step closer after he arrived in Germany ahead of his medicals and contract signing.
